Ms. Kapil Chaudhary, Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, the Indian Chief Negotiator for India-Korea CEPA upgrade negotiations attended the opening ceremony of the 13th round of upgrade negotiations that began yesterday in the Republic of Korea.

The delegation will hold discussions covering a range of issues in line with the mandate set by the leaders of the two countries during the State visit of the Korean President to India.
