World Culture Day Celebrations 2020

Indian Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Seoul organized a Video Conference on the occasion of United Nations’s “World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development” commonly known as the World Culture Day on 21st May 2020. The video conference was joined by noted Korean and Indian artists and a large number of participants from different parts of the world. H. E. Sripriya Ranganathan, Ambassador of India to Republic of Korea gave the Welcome remarks. Inaugural Address was delivered by Shri Ram Madhav ji who is National General Secretary of Bharatiya Janata Party & Member, Board of Governors, India Foundation. Keynote Address was delivered by Prof Lee Geun who is the President of Korea Foundation. Shri Dinesh K. Patnaik, Director General of Indian Council of Cultural Relations, New Delhi gave a Special Address on this occasion.

주한인도대사관 주한인도문화원은 2020년 5월 21일, 세계 문화의 날로 알려진 UN '대화와 발전을 위한 세계 문화적 다양성의 날'을 맞아 영상 컨퍼런스를 개최했습니다. 인도와 한국의 예술가들을 포함하여 전 세계 다양한 곳의 많은 참가자들과 함께 했습니다. 스리프리야 란가나탄 주한인도대사의 환영사에 이어 람 마다브 인도 재단이사회원의 발회사, 이근 한국국제교류재단 회장의 기조연설 및 디네쉬 K 파트나익 ICCR 위원장의 특별 연설이 있었습니다.
