About Us Natya Yoga - Syllabus


Dance is an expression of innermost joy. In this class we learn yoga, dance, meditation with music, Science of Mudras(hand gestures) and knowledge of Indian culture. Natya Yoga balances the right and left brain and helps in meditation without any effort. Dance helps in equal flow of Prana(life force energy) throughout the body, balances hormones and makes you happy.
Different rhythms ,hand movements, eye movements, leg movements,neck movements from ancient Indian scriptures will be learnt during the course.
