Yoga for Children

In this course children will learn Yoga postures , breathing techniques, meditation which will increase their focus, confidence and creativity.

They will also learn about healthy food habits .

Interactive sessions with parents to help them understand their children better and this will help the children lead a healthy and happy life.
Weekend (Sat)6-14 Years old(Batch G) 10:00~11:00 am
