Expression of Interest (EOI) for Sale of ‘OR’ Grade Ilmenite – October 2026

IREL (India) Limited, a Govt. of India Undertaking under the Department of Atomic Energy invites Expression of Interest (EOI) for the sale of ‘OR’ Grade Ilmenite from its Oscom Unit, Odisha, India, under EOI No. EOI-IREL-OCT-ILMENITE/2026‑27 dated 15.09.2026.

The material is offered for the spot sale of ‘OR’ Grade Ilmenite having a minimum TiO₂ content of 50.25%, intended exclusively for overseas buyers for the month of October 2026.

EOI Instructions to the Applicant in brief are given below:

The applicant shall submit the EOI application in the format prescribed at Annexure-I and Appendix-1.

Applicant desire to source Ilmenite from IREL, must provide their commercial interest by email i.e on or before 28th September 2026 (IST).
EoI received after due date will not be considered.

The quantity requirement & Price along with tentative laycan of the vessel with relevant documents shall be submitted by e-mail to biz-1@irel.co.in with "Expression of Interest (EOI) for procurement of Ilmenite from IREL (India) Ltd for the month of October 2026" in the subject line.
