This is an update to our press release of September 23 regarding extant guidelines of the Government of the Republic of Korea governing entry of Indian nationals.

As in the past, there are no restrictions on Indian nationals holding valid visas entering the country through scheduled flights.

Entry of Indian nationals on charter flights has been relaxed to enable holders of F3 visas to travel, in addition to earlier permitted A-1, D2-7, D-7, D-8, D-9, E-3, F-5, and F-6 visas.

In addition, the quota on Indian nationals travelling on such chartered flights has been enhanced to 20% of the total seat capacity on each flight. As such, upto 60 Indian nationals can travel to ROK on a chartered flight with seating capacity of 300.

Embassy will continue its efforts to facilitate easy and convenient travel of Indian nationals to and from ROK.
