Decennial Celebrations of SVCC Seoul

 10 주한인도문화원 개원기념식

Indian Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Seoul organized its Decennial Celebrations via Video Conference on the occasion of its 10th Foundation Day on 1st July 2020.
Amb. Sripriya Ranganathan, Ambassador of India to Republic of Korea in her welcome remarks highlighted about the activities of the cultural centre and how it has grown over the years. In the past years since its establishment in 2011, the Centre has become a cultural hub for the local community. Inaugural Address was delivered by Dr. Vinay Sahasrabuddhe, President, ICCR, New Delhi. Keynote Address was delivered by Dr. Kim Yang-shik, Director, Indian Art Museum, Seoul. Mr. Kim Kum Pyoung, Director, Korean Cultural Centre, New Delhi gave a Special Address on this occasion and congratulated the Cultural Centre for its Decennial Celebrations. Prof. Kim Chan-wan, Professor at Graduate School of International and Area Studies, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies gave a detailed presentation of India-Korea People to people ties. The session was moderated by Dr. Sonu Trivedi, Director of the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, Embassy of India, Seoul. The video conference was joined by noted Indologists and academics on Indian studies and a large number of students and researchers from India and Republic of Korea.

주한인도문화원은 2020 7 1 10 개원기념일을 맞아 화상회의를 통해 기념 행사를 진행했습니다.
스리프리야 란가나탄 주한인도대사는 환영사를 통해 지난 10 간의 주한인도문화원의 활동  성장 과정을 되짚으며, 2011 개원 이래 지역 사회의 문화적 거점이 됐다고 언급했습니다비나이 사하스라부데 인도문화교류위원회장의 개회사김양식 인도박물관장의 기조 연설김금평 주인도한국문화원장의 특별 연설한국외국어대학교 국제지역대학원 김찬완 교수의 프레젠테이션이 이어졌습니다이번 온라인 행사는 소누 트리베디 주한인도문화원장이 진행했으며 한국과 인도의 저명한 학자들과 연구원학생들이 함께했습니다.
