The event was graced by the presence of the Mr Kang Geuk Du Member of National Assembly, Republic of Korea as the Chief Guest along with H. E. Sripriya Ranganathan, Ambassador of India to Republic of Korea. The Symposium was also be attended by Mr. Kim Young-gon President, National Institute of International Education (NIIED), Ministry of Education, Republic of Korea who gave the Keynote Address, Prof. Koh Tae Jin, Dean, Department of Hindi, Hankuk University of Foreign Studies gave the introductory remarks on this occasion, The session was also attended by prominent Indologists, members of academia, students and researchers engaged in teaching and learning Hindi in Republic of Korea.
